A few minor suggestions March 12, 2012

I absolutely love the Lifesaver bottle.  It is a bit heavy, but its usefulness makes up for it.  I have just two suggestions. First, the charcoal filter was VERY snug and the first filtrations had charcoal dust in it.  I know that the charcoal is harmless but it would be great if you made the filters just a tad smaller and/or put a protective case around it.  Second, the strap that comes with the Lifesaver bottle leaves much to be desired.  You did such a great job on everything else and it seems you just "phoned it in" on the strap.  There were no instructions on how to install it. Instructions would have been a big help.  Also the strap was way too short.  In a survival situation it would be nice to have a strap long enough to carry the bottle across your shoulder for hands free carrying.  It was a simple fix, just a quick trip to the local outdoor outfitter's and $3.50 later problem solved.
Other than that I highly recommend the Lifesaver bottle.
